Thanks to its social, but also very skilled players, Monsters Inc is still something we’re all proud of. Many people have kept their screenshots and our movies, just to relive the memory of our awesome guild. How many times have we not received goose bumps from once again watching our old Kil’Jaeden movie?
Cataclysm is around the corner and with it, its raiding changes follow. As you probably know by now, 10man and 25man will now be equals in terms of loot. Also, the lockout between the two versions will be shared. This means that 25man raiding will barely have anything to offer that 10man doesn’t. For these reasons, many people are talking about creating or joining some casual 10man guild when Cataclysm hits. As some old veterans from Monsters Inc have suggested to try this as well, we will attempt to breath new life into Monsters Inc when Cataclysm hits.
Many details are undecided but we have been spreading the word over the last few weeks, which has gotten nothing but positive responses. A few details are already decided however, for one: to not ruin our old name / reputation, the guild will have a different name. Secondly, the guild will have casual goals, this means we definitely won’t be raiding 5 days a week. A casual 2-3 days a week is more likely to happen. Our aim is to clear 10m raids and unless we get major interests and we fill 30+ spots, this goal will not change. Thirdly, we’re not stopping at recruiting 10-15 people, everyone that wants to join is welcome, we rather have 25ish people to easily make 2 groups.
The guild will be launched once Cataclysm hits and anyone willing to join is more than welcome. This means people who weren’t in Monsters Inc before, may join as well, assuming they fit in our ranks. In general, we will consider the following to recruit people: 70% skill – 30% social / friendly. Annoying, arrogant twats are not allowed, obviously retards neither.
The players who we have talked to and are likely to join, have been given a special access to the forums. Which can be found under Member -> Cataclysm section. Anyone else interested to be part of this reincarnation, may PM me on the forums, or contact me any other way.
It is time to kick ass once again!

Monsters Inc. ceased to be.
It will remain home for few of us that don't play anymore on regular basis to keep the name somewhat alive.
It was wonderful 2 years. Thanks to all members from the past for contribution to guild's success over those
years.

Monsters Inc
We are reforming and changing due to recent loss.
However this guild has been established & running for a very long period of time.
Times change, management changes & yet there is always hope.
Raiding continues.
